     ArkLaTex Property Services is a family owned and operated business based out of north west Louisiana that operates along the I-20 corridor from Shreveport to Monroe. We guarantee excellence and professionalism in every aspect of our business to ensure that you are satisfied with our work.

     ArkLaTex Property Services specializes in various handyman services that include, but are not limited to; carpentry, taping and floating sheetrock, painting, assembly, power washing, and other home repair needs. Since its opening, the business has received nothing but positive feedback. 

     This business is owned and operated by husband and wife, Keith and Kathie Ulmer. The couple met as work partners in department store management in 1996. Twenty-three years later, life has brought them full circle allowing them to continue their partnership in a different line of work.

     With Keith’s decorated experience in handyman services and Kathie’s skill in management and organization, they work together to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction in a field that rarely sees such service.
